Delete your Dialogi account

You can delete your Dialogi account and the personal data connected to it at any time.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Dialogi app.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm. Your account is closed immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email info@dialogiapp.com from the address you used to register, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and confirm the deletion.

EU/EEA users may also submit the request through our EU representative's portal: https://app.prighter.com/portal/13793982453 (please quote ID-13793982453).

What is deleted

  • Your account and profile (name, e-mail, profile picture)
  • Your learning profile: languages, level, goals, practice preferences
  • All lesson summaries and progress history
  • Technical identifiers linked to your account

Audio recordings and full conversation transcripts are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing to delete.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Transaction and subscription records — 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires it. These contain the transaction, not your lesson content.
  • Backups — your data is removed from personal data stores within 30 days, and overwritten in encrypted backups within 90 days.
  • Records needed to defend a legal claim or prevent fraud — only where and for as long as the law allows, with restricted access.

How long it takes

Personal data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

Important: cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first:

  • iOS: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Dialogi › Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Dialogi › Cancel

If you delete your account without cancelling, you will continue to be charged.

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de Dialogi y los datos personales asociados en cualquier momento.

Cómo eliminar tu cuenta desde la app

1. Abre la aplicación Dialogi.

2. Ve a Ajustes.

3. Pulsa Eliminar cuenta.

4. Confirma. Tu cuenta se cierra de inmediato.

Si no puedes acceder a la app

Escribe a info@dialogiapp.com desde la dirección con la que te registraste, con el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta». Verificaremos que la solicitud procede del titular de la cuenta y te confirmaremos la eliminación.

Los usuarios de la UE/EEE también pueden presentar la solicitud a través del portal de nuestro representante en la UE: https://app.prighter.com/portal/13793982453 (indica ID-13793982453).

Qué se elimina

  • Tu cuenta y tu perfil (nombre, correo electrónico, foto de perfil)
  • Tu perfil de aprendizaje: idiomas, nivel, objetivos, preferencias de práctica
  • Todos los resúmenes de lecciones y el historial de progreso
  • Los identificadores técnicos vinculados a tu cuenta

Las grabaciones de audio y las transcripciones completas de las conversaciones nunca se almacenan en nuestros servidores, por lo que no hay nada que eliminar.

Qué conservamos y durante cuánto tiempo

  • Registros de transacciones y suscripciones — 7 años, según exige la normativa fiscal y contable. Contienen la transacción, no el contenido de tus lecciones.
  • Copias de seguridad — tus datos se eliminan de los sistemas en un plazo de 30 días y se sobrescriben en las copias de seguridad cifradas en un plazo de 90 días.
  • Datos necesarios para defender una reclamación legal o prevenir el fraude — únicamente cuando y mientras la ley lo permita, con acceso restringido y bloqueados conforme al art. 32 LOPDGDD.

Cuánto tarda

Los datos personales se eliminan en un plazo de 30 días desde tu solicitud.

Importante: cancela tu suscripción por separado

Eliminar tu cuenta no cancela una suscripción de pago adquirida en el App Store o en Google Play. Cancélala primero:

  • iOS: Ajustes › [tu nombre] › Suscripciones › Dialogi › Cancelar suscripción
  • Android: Google Play › Pagos y suscripciones › Suscripciones › Dialogi › Cancelar

Si eliminas tu cuenta sin cancelar, se te seguirá cobrando.

מה נשמר, ולכמה זמן

  • רישומי עסקאות ומנויים — 7 שנים, כנדרש בדיני המס והחשבונאות. אלה מכילים את העסקה, לא את תוכן השיעורים.
